PayPal Calculator Spreadsheet

In addition to the free web version of my PayPal calculator I also offer an optional
spreadsheet version that people can download for a small fee. The spreadsheet version offers
the same exact features as the web version but you get the added convenience of being able to use it
offline and without advertisements. The spreadsheet comes in your choice of Excel 97-2003 Format
(.XLS) or OpenDocument Format (.ODS). After clicking the "Buy Now" button above and placing your order, the spreadsheet
will be automatically delivered to your e-mail within a few minutes.
The spreadsheet includes a Fee Calculator, a Reverse Fee Calculator, a printable Fees Chart, a Fees Log and a Reverse
Fees Log. The Fee Calculator is used to calculate the fees for a single item. The Fees Chart is used to print out a
reference chart of PayPal fees for common amounts. The Fees Log is used to calculate the fees for multiple items and
the Reverse Fees Log is used to reverse calculate the fees for multiple items. You can customize everything about
the spreadsheet including your country, your currency, your monthly sales volume, and your payment type. All PayPal
payment types are supported. You can also modify the underlying fee percentage that is applied in the calculations
so you can make the spreadsheet work for any service that charges a fee.
All countries, currencies, and payment types that PayPal supports are included in the calculator. You can calculate
the fees for any country and currency combination even when there is currency conversion
involved (you just have to specify the currency exchange rate). You can look up PayPal's currency exchange rate
at any time by using their currency converter (link provided). Because this spreadsheet does not connect to the internet in any
way it cannot download currency exchange rates for you.
